A5 Remember Who You Are prototype Journal Cover

Listen to the donkey--he has figured this out already! No matter how battered and threadbare you are, and how much your stuffing is fallen out, or your ears are drooping--you can still (to misquote Chappell Roan) be a king or queen every single day! 

This isn't quite perfect. We love the idea of sewn on patches so it was only a matter of time before we put one on a leather book, but this one was a bit too close to the edge stitching and there's the tiniest of wibbles on the stitching on the spine (it's literally a mm of wibble!). But that's what prototypes are, practice pieces, and it seems entirely fitting to a book with an old and battered old donkey with patches and his tail sewn back on! :) 

• The cover is made from premium 3mm firm leather and is hand carved and dyed.
• It has two deckled, rustic internal pockets.
  
• It fits A5 size notebooks and inserts--A5 is 148 × 210 mm or 5.8 × 8.3 inches.
• The spine is 4cm or 1.5 ins. with 4 elastics. You'll fit in up to 4 softbacks though it is plenty wide enough for a hardback, a few softbacks, and a wallet too. 
• The journal comes with three lucky dip, fountain pen friendly softback Clairefontaine notebooks to get you going!
