Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
Here's what to expect if you order from us, and what we expect from you:
- We will do everything we can to make sure you get a super high quality journal or notebook that's everything you wanted.
- If it is lost in the post, we will replace it.
- If it arrives damaged, we will replace it.
- We will be cheerful and kind to you, and we expect the same in return. Our customers have always been lovely though, I think we have had only three horrid rude ones in all the years we have been making books!
- Pretty much all of our merchandise is customisable, personalisable, or made to order, and for that reason we don't allow returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
- We accept cancellations on ready to ship items IF you contact us before we have started to make your personalised inserts or before we have packaged your order.
- We don't allow cancellations on made to order items, so please don't ask (unless it is a dire emergency).
- We ship to the address you provided at checkout unless told otherwise. If the address you have given us is wrong, for whatever reason, then we don't refund or replace if you don't get your order. Please check your information is correct when you order. It will only take half a minute.
- If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, for whatever reason, we will reship only if you pay the return shipping.
