Shipping and Delivery

We ship via the Royal Mail from Scotland, UK. 

Fast ship items will be shipped within 1-3 days (once we've made your inserts).

Made to Order items can take 4-8 weeks for us to actually make, depending on our workload. We then ship via our normal UK Tracked 24 or International Tracked Airmail service from the Royal Mail.

In general UK orders arrive within 24 hours, though it can take up to 3 days.

International deliveries should TECHNICALLY land in 5-7 days, but never do. Normally they take a couple of weeks. The Royal Mail considers items lost after they have been in the postal stream for 30 working days, though they hardly ever lose anything. 

Custom Duties and Import Taxes: Currently we can't collect these on the website. This will change BUT for now please be aware that your country might chase you up for import duties and will hold your parcel hostage til you pay up. We apologise particularly to our lovely European customers for this--we didn't vote for Brexit and we didn't want it, we still don't want it, and we would very much like an Independent Scotland and a return to us being sensible European citizens, please. Until then we are going to be grumbling a great deal.
